Refund Policy – YTDCA Youtubers and Digital Creator Association

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for donations, memberships, and programs offered by YTDCA.

  1. DONATIONS

Donation Policy:

  • Donations are generally non-refundable.
  • Funds allocated to donations are immediately directed to field work and community programs.
  • Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Refund Exceptions:

  • Double Payment: If you are charged twice for the same donation, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge within 3-7 days of payment.
  • Technical Error: If an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error, contact us immediately with proof.
  • Failed Transaction: If your payment failed but was still processed, contact us for resolution.

Refund Request Process for Donations:

  1. Email support@technitipro.in with your transaction details
  2. Include proof of the error (screenshot, receipt, etc.)
  3. Allow 7-15 working days for review and processing
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  5. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  6. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership Cancellation:

  • Members can cancel their membership anytime by contacting us.
  • Cancellation can be initiated via email: support@technitipro.in

Refund Upon Rejection:

  • If a membership application is rejected, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges) will be issued within 3-7 business days.
  • Charges are typically 1-3% depending on the payment method.

Refund Upon Member-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If a member cancels within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available.
  • If a member cancels after 7 days: No refund will be issued.
  • Pro-rata refunds are not available for partial month usage.

Recurring Membership:

  • Automatic renewals can be cancelled 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation after the renewal date will not result in a refund for that billing cycle.
  1. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS

Program Cancellation:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of program start: Full refund (minus payment gateway charges).
  • Cancellation after 7 days: No refund available.
  • YTDCA may cancel a program if minimum enrollment is not met. Full refund will be issued within 5-7 working days.

Program Refund Process:

  1. Submit cancellation request via email: support@technitipro.in
  2. Include order ID and reason for cancellation
  3. Refunds processed within 7-15 working days to original payment method
  4. Payment gateway charges (typically 1-3%) are non-refundable
  5. SCHOLARSHIP & ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS
  • Scholarship application fees are non-refundable.
  • Application processing fees are non-refundable even if the application is not approved.
  • If a scholarship is granted but not utilized within the specified period, funds are retained by YTDCA for future programs.
  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES
  • Digital products (e-books, guides, templates) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Online courses have a 7-day money-back guarantee if not started.
  • Once course material is accessed, no refund will be issued.
  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Refund Timeline:

  • Initial review: 3-5 business days
  • Approval/rejection decision: 5-7 business days
  • Payment processing: 7-15 working days
  • Bank/payment processor crediting: 3-5 additional business days
  • Total processing time: Up to 30 days

Payment Gateway Charges:

  • Payment gateway charges (PayU, Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Typical charges: 1-3% depending on payment method
  • If refund is due, gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
  • International payments may take additional time due to currency conversion.
  1. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Chargeback & Disputed Transactions:

  • If you initiate a chargeback with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Resolution will be attempted through our support team first.

Billing Issues:

  • If charged multiple times, contact support immediately: support@technitipro.in
  • Include transaction IDs and dates for all duplicate charges
  • Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded if verified
